Guten Tag, ich habe zwei 12V 314Ah smart in Reihe geschaltet. Also 24V 314 Ah. Neu Starten.
I posted a comment yesterday but it has disappeared (maybe it is lost in some cache and will reappear). My two new ultra smart 25v 314ah batteries cannot be configured; they report correct values but Parallel Mode is not activated and none of the values in Settings can be changed. Even Factory Reset just responds with Setup Failure. The bot at support.us@ has responded to my query by telling me that Parallel Mode is only designed for 12v batteries and that the settings in the Settings tab cannot be changed by customers. Absolutely incredible. Hopefully service@wattcycle.com can help me as support is apparently useless.

I have 4 of the 24v 314 ah battery’s 2 in series with the other 2 series ed and paralleled with the first 2 @48 v 628 Ah. When I first hooked it up the battery’s charged just fine from the charge controllers.and the inverter worked ok for about a day then one battery in each series would shut down Taking the whole system down. I have 4 12v agm battery’s that were good so I paralleled them with the other 2 series strings, I did this to keep my out back system working if they shut down. With this configuration every thing seems to be working and I have not seen any of the battery’s shut down (might still be ) but not seeing it on the monitoring mate3. Seem to be getting full power, the monitor shows the battery’s down to 20% but the voltage never goes below 52.1 volts. The battery monitor was made for lead acid battery’s so I don’t think it is accurate.
I planned to take my kids on various trips to National Parks and began installing a solar powered battery bank. I chose two of the 100ah BT mini batteries due to positive reviews. I have them installed in parallel. Like many others, I have experienced the issue of one battery taking the load over the other. My typical usage so far has not required the full capacity of both batteries, so this was largely just an annoyance. I have 200w solar running to a Victron MPPT and Shunt. I am happy to report that I have to program the Victron shunt to around 218ah to track with the battery app for discharge levels. At random, the 2nd battery went into hardware protection mode and the BMS was stuck. Every attempt to reset the BMS failed and I ultimately had to open the Lid of the battery case to inspect. All appeared in order and the leads going into the BMS was reading 13.4V so I new the cells were fine. BMS output was stuck at 2.88V…..I disconnected the leads going to the BMS and disconnected the smaller wires on the board. After letting sit for a few minutes, I connected it back up and the battery is once again fully operational. I did reach out to customer service but since my trip is tomorrow, I could not wait.
Have a smart mini 314 . It is at 97 percent state of charge Have a warning "hardware protect, battery is not supplying power.
After 10 days, one of my 2 batteries stopped responding tot he app. Later today, that battery stopped appearing on the app. I restarted my phone. Still not responding. Uninstalled the app, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and it still does not appear. The other battery still responds. The chat function on here seems pretty useless! I have been waiting 30 minutes…no agent yet!
Cannot connect to my 12v100ah trolling battery BMS, nothing displayed in BMS Meta app when starting on iPhone.. What do I do to connect to my battery?
Battery appears to be working fine, charges and operates a 12v1500w120v inverter.
This would be a nice feature but can not get it to work.
Is my BMS functioning correctly. This concerns me that all might not be functioning normally.
If BMS is not fully operational, I would like WATTCYCLE to replace it before a potential impact.
Thank you,
Greg

I have 6-12V 314 Mini Batteries, I have an issue with the batteries staying in standby. How do I get all batteries to discharge at the same time so the % of batteries stay equal. I am using ISO IPhone. Also is there any way to see the status of all batteries at the same time.
My battery, a 12v 100Ah smart mini, was charging fine until I connected to the app. I pushed the charging button and it stopped charging. Now the charger says that the battery is full, but the app say only 72%. Now what do I do? I know it isn’t fully charged.
What does the charge and discharge button do on the app for the (2x) 314 amp hour smart 12 volt battery?
When spending $1k+ for batteries, it would be nice to a clear explanation of what each of the button/ setting does.
I installed 2 100ah mini batteries in parallel they will charge togather. But when you discharge(unplugged from shore power) sometimes both report discharge and at other times only one discharges while other is in standby. Support said this is normal. These are just installed and we’re charged up. I was perform a hold up test with only my rv frig running. Did ok 2.3 days. Upon second test after recharging both. I was 1.5 days into test and both batteries dropped I to standby and I lost all power on trailer. I believe these don’t work well in parallel mode. The two bms units are not designed properly to work in parallel
Just installed 314AH in 2025 travel trailer with factory solar panels, controller and inverter. 100% charge and only thing on was led lights. After an hour went into hardware protect and will not reset. 75°F 98% charge. Total POS. Putting lead acid back in until I find a more proven LiFePO4.
I’m getting “Pack OV Alarm” error on my 314ah smart battery. What does that mean? Where do I find a list of error codes for future reference?
Also cannot get BMS app to connect to battery. iOS iPhone.
Thank you, Jeff Neeley
I’m getting warning messages – hardware protection. Why and how can I reset the warnings and reactivate the battery? How long will it take to automatically reset?
