WattCycle Bluetooth Guide
WattCycle Parallel Mode V25.9.28 has been officially released.
New Parallel Mode with two selectable modes:
- ExactMatch Mode: Precisely matches all paralleled batteries of the same WattCycle brand.
- Compatibility Mode: For parallel connections with batteries from other brands.
Update Guide:
1. Update the app to the latest version.
2. It is recommended to restore factory settings before configuring parallel connections (if you have already updated the settings).

WattCycle’s official new Bluetooth Battery App is now available for both iOS and Android. iOS users can download it from the App Store by searching “WATTCYCLE” and Android users can find it on Google Play. The original version will remain active, so feel free to choose the one that suits you best. The latest version offers enhanced features—including New Parallel Mode, Fahrenheit conversion and parameter adjustments—to meet all your needs. Please update at your earliest convenience. I just hope the battery is better than the poor documentation that it comes with… the app reports a difference of SOC of 6% expion360 reports 100% – the Wattcycle app reports 94%; Watts app loses BT constantly and does not report amps or watts ever…no documentation, a list of error codes on the website – but no explanation of what to do anout them. Really guys – this is not a good look…

Ι’ve already sent a few emails to the service department. It took me a few months to find someone who could install my batteries in my Victron system. Finally got it working. The batteries seem fine; however, I cannot get the BMS/bluetooth to work. I’m in a cold snap, so I can’t be sure of the battery temperatures or condition. The batteries are under load, and have been charged twice. Re-installed the App a few times and tried different devices. I am assuming there is a trick to get them going? I didn’t see any pin resets… I assume the BMS is working even though I can’t see it…

App now working with 25v batteries. Batteries are still charging/discharging unequally but all else appears good.
Guten Tag, ich habe zwei 12V 314Ah smart in Reihe geschaltet. Also 24V 314 Ah. Nach nunmehr 2 Wochen im Betrieb driften die beiden SoC Angaben immer weiter auseinander. Unterschied zwischen beiden Anzeigen 18%. Die Spannung aller 8 Batterie Zellen ist dabei auf gleichem Niveau. Frage: Kann man das BMS resetten bzw. Neu Starten.
