    I am using the Ecoflow and watt cycle 5120 battery combo, the battery wont begin discharge until the ecoflow delta 3 is below 60% even when the battery is full, is there a way to begin discharge along with ecoflow delta 3? I start with them both at 90% full and the ecoflow discharges but the watt cycle doesn’t until the ecoflow it almost half drained, I loose power when the battery still has life, because they don’t discharge together at the same rate

    Chg mosfet charging failure, the app shows an error but my battery charger is charging it , it shows 75 % charge state, tried reset and factory reset , chg mosfer still present

    I had my 314ah arctic version all set up with the votronic system. Then I started the app an the numbers of charging state were a bit off. I pushed the “discharge” (entladen) button in the app and EVERYTHING shut down!!. Is this the on/off button off the battery??? It’s not even explained! after i pushed this button again it turned back on BUT NOW IT SUDDENLY IS ALMOST EMPTY! WOULD you PLEASE help me? I’m sitting in my camper, this is my HOME and this app probably broke my new battery!

    One mini 314 smart in a bank of 4 in parallel went to 0% SOC even though low voltage disconnect was set at 11.0v. Why. And it won’t take a charge. I tried factory reset, off parallel mode. Nothing. What do I do to get it to take a charge?
