I. Warranty Commitment
WattCycle warrants to the original consumer that under normal use conditions, products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

- The warranty period begins from the original consumer’s purchase date.
- Valid proof of purchase (order screenshot, invoice, etc.) is required to establish the purchase date.
- Repaired or replaced products do not extend the original warranty period, which remains based on the original purchase date.
II. Warranty Claim Process and Fees
1. Claim Process
- Step 1: Contact WattCycle Customer Service (service@wattcycle.com), describe the issue, and provide proof of purchase.
- Step 2: Our technical team will contact you within 24-48 hours to assist with troubleshooting.
- Step 3: Once the issue is confirmed as a quality defect, customer service will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only for quality issues reported within 6 months of purchase. Quality issues identified after 6 months will be resolved through product replacement.
- The refund amount will be calculated after final verification, deducting any applicable fees, and returned via the original payment method.
- Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 3-5 business days after receipt and inspection of the returned product.
III. Warranty Exclusions (Limitations of Liability)
This warranty does not apply to damage or malfunction caused by:
1. Accidents and Force Majeure
- Accidents, abuse, misuse, or negligence
- Natural disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, extreme temperatures
2. Improper Use and Installation
- Failure to follow installation, operation, or maintenance instructions in the product manual
- Voltage/current mismatch, reverse polarity connection
- Use of incorrect fuses or undersized cables
- Series or parallel connections exceeding permissible limits (e.g., systems exceeding 48V)
- Mixing with other battery brands
3. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
- Any disassembly, modification, or repair by unauthorized personnel
- Altered, damaged, or removed serial numbers
4. Normal Wear and Tear and Commercial Use
- Cosmetic wear or scratches from normal use.
- Natural capacity degradation over time (normal aging).
- Use exceeding the product’s designed cycle life or technical specifications.
5. Long-Term Inactivity
- Damage resulting from failure to perform periodic charging maintenance for over one (1) year.
6. Other
- Inability to provide valid proof of purchase.
- Products that have been fully refunded through other means.
IV. Final Provisions
- WattCycle reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy.
- This policy may be revised periodically. All changes will be published on our official website.
