I. Warranty Commitment

WattCycle warrants to the original consumer that under normal use conditions, products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for quality issues reported within 6 months of purchase. Quality issues identified after 6 months will be resolved through product replacement.

2. Improper Use and Installation

  • Series or parallel connections exceeding permissible limits (e.g., systems exceeding 48V)
  • Mixing with other battery brands

3. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs

  • Any disassembly, modification, or repair by unauthorized personnel
  • Altered, damaged, or removed serial numbers

4. Normal Wear and Tear and Commercial Use

  • Cosmetic wear or scratches from normal use.
  • Natural capacity degradation over time (normal aging).
  • Use exceeding the product’s designed cycle life or technical specifications.

5. Long-Term Inactivity

  • Damage resulting from failure to perform periodic charging maintenance for over one (1) year.

6. Other

  • Inability to provide valid proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been fully refunded through other means.
