We have taken note of Will Prowse’s latest video featuring our product, the 12V 314Ah smart edition. It is regrettable that our product has been portrayed unfairly, and we must express our disappointment in Will Prowse’s unprofessional conduct on this occasion. The testing videos failed to showcase the capacity, BMS functionality of our product, or provide details on the testing conditions, processes, and results. It appears to be a hastily produced video lacking in thoroughness.
As a responsible brand, we have previously issued an official blog addressing the root cause and solutions for parallel connection issues, which is a common occurrence across many brands. Regrettably, Will Prowse choses to exaggerate this point in relation to our brand, despite being aware of the broader context.
Furthermore, we feel compelled to address the matter of video sponsorship, as Will Prowse has raised this issue in his forum. While we have appreciated Will Prowse’s previous objective, transparent, and impartial testing of our products, the recent situation has become more complex. We would like to provide a timeline based on our WhatsApp communications for clarity:
We hope this statement provides clarity on the situation and our commitment to transparency and fairness in all our interactions. To protect privacy, we can only share all WhatsApp communication details individually if needed, although Will Prowse chose to publish part of private talk in his forum. Thank you for your attention.

I just purchased these batteries yesterday. l
asked for a cancellation of my order but have received absolutely no input. I am not interested in buying something that does not work correctly. Anybody knows that batteries should be drained equally not one and then the other.
@James C Davis
Your son made friends with some kids from influential families at school, and they had a great time together. But then, one day, he was bullied by one of those friends. Would you really ask him to stay quiet just because that family has a lot of influence?
That’s absolutely not right. Everyone deserves to speak out when it comes to the truth and fairness.
I have 2 of the 314Ah mini smart batteries. I have first hand experience with the issue and have mentioned it to your support team several times with the most often response that the battery is working correctly the way it was designed.
As for the video you mentioned he did not explain the test conditions. When I watched the video it was quite clear to me what the conditions were and would be easy to replicate.
Concerning showcasing the capacity of the battery, capacity has nothing to do with the test. All of the “smart” batteries do this behavior. It will happen if 2 or more batteries are in parallel. It could be four in parallel and it would not make a difference.
The BMS functionality was exactly what was shown. That is what he was trying to show and did show.
Was the video negative, probably so, but so was the operation of the BMS when two or more batteries are in parallel.
On your own posts you have identified this as a problem and promised a fix for it.
My advice is to speak with Will and try to come to an understanding. It does neither Will or WattCycle any good to point fingers at each other, and I doubt it helps anything business related either.
If your “fix” works these batteries will be awsome, but right now they work, but not correctly in some situations.
I hope you can work out your differences and make a great product!
Hey it’s will, here’s all our messages:

You guys knew there was an issue and knew I would test it on camera, and that was agreed on. I charge my video fee for all videos. Look at the messages.
Dear Wattcycle: have to say, I think going after Will Prowes just for bringing this issue to light is a mistake. The reason Wattcyle has become popular is largly due to Will’s earlier, positive reviews. I find it disingenuous that you would attack him now for simply pointing out what you yourself are admitting is a problem. You would be far better served to admit the problem and work with people like Will and others to find a solution. Attacking him will only hurt your brand worse.
