I. Warranty Commitment

WattCycle warrants to the original consumer that under normal use conditions, products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship from the date of original purchase.

  • Step 2: Our technical team will contact you within 24-48 hours to assist with troubleshooting.
  • Step 3: Once the issue is confirmed as a quality defect, customer service will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only for quality issues reported within 6 months of purchase. Quality issues identified after 6 months will be resolved through product replacement.

III. Warranty Exclusions (Limitations of Liability)

This warranty does not apply to damage or malfunction caused by:

1. Accidents and Force Majeure

  • Accidents, abuse, misuse, or negligence
  • Natural disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, earthquakes, extreme temperatures

2. Improper Use and Installation

  • Failure to follow installation, operation, or maintenance instructions in the product manual
  • Voltage/current mismatch, reverse polarity connection
  • Use of incorrect fuses or undersized cables
  • Series or parallel connections exceeding permissible limits (e.g., systems exceeding 48V)
  • Mixing with other battery brands

3. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs

  • Any disassembly, modification, or repair by unauthorized personnel
  • Altered, damaged, or removed serial numbers

4. Normal Wear and Tear and Commercial Use

  • Cosmetic wear or scratches from normal use.
  • Natural capacity degradation over time (normal aging).
  • Use exceeding the product’s designed cycle life or technical specifications.

5. Long-Term Inactivity

  • Damage resulting from failure to perform periodic charging maintenance for over one (1) year.

6. Other

  • Inability to provide valid proof of purchase.
  • Products that have been fully refunded through other means.

IV. Final Provisions

  • WattCycle reserves the right of final interpretation of this warranty policy.

  • Ultra fast MPPT Tracking
    The solar charger contains an ultra fast MPPT controller. This is especially beneficial when the solar light intensity is constantly changing, as is the case during cloudy weather. Because of the ultra fast MPPT controller, 30% more energy is harvested compared to solar chargers with a PWM controller and up to 10% more compared to slower MPPT controllers.
  • Optimal Solar Yield
    The solar charger has an innovative tracking algorithm. It will always
    maximize energy harvest by locking to the optimum MPP (Maximum Power Point). lf partial shading occurs, two or more maximum power points may be present on the power-voltage curve. Conventional MPPTs tend to lock to a local MPP, which may not be the optimum MPPT.
  • Built-in buffer allows max 25% exceeding rated power input.
    Charging modes are available for most common deep-cycle battery types in the market, including AGM (sealed lead acid batteries), GEL, Flooded, and lithium.Use mode is also available for customized parameters setting.
  • Auto recognition of 12V/24V battery system. Voltage is available to M2420/M2430/M2440 models(lithium battery excluded).
  • Provides multiple load control mode options for light based,time based and manually adjusted scenarios and low no-load loss.
