Customer Service is non-responsive


  • Been trying to contact all day on an order. Chat bot said they would resond in 2-3 minutes, been 4 hours. Anyone else have this problem

The issue you described may have occurred due to incorrect system settings, which prevented your session from being connected. I have already reported your problem to our customer service team.   • Customer Service is not returning my emails, chat request or phone messages.  Apparently I have been dupped again by a Lithium Battery company.  

    If anyone knows of a reputable Lithium Battery company please reach out to me.  


  • @clifton chowning , these guys aren't trying to dupe you. They just have appalling customers service response. They will replace or refund your purchase but it will take some time.


  • I have a nearly new 12v 20ah battery that is not charging.  I'm using a Schumacher 12v/10amp charger (which I've used before) but it's not taking a charge.  Battery level  reads 8.4 on the multimeter. Any advice?
