I have mine reporting full when they are not. I reported this error thru the app as well and there is not response from the company. Once you buy its your problem I guess.

Hopefully, this is not caused by the above event. The 2 100ah batteries are reporting 100% while the 314 is at 86% and dropping as I use power. All the batteries report the same voltage however. .....

The ios App Store was not showing an update even when searching for the app. I had to delete the app and then reinstall in order to get the new version. It worked and I can now connect to my batter...
