I have qty 4 12v 314 Smart Mini in Parallel. One 12v battery will connect to the app, but all data fields show 0. See attached photos. Other 3 batteries show complete data. I assume the battery is working correctly, but have no way of verifying. Maybe a firmware update will fix it? I need to set the battery for parallel mode.
The screen that shows the individual cell voltages seems to show the correct voltage.

Thank you so much. They responded to my email to support.us@wattcycle.com . They ask me to return the batteries and will send out new one once receieved, They sent prepaid shipping labels. The Fedex person at the counter didn't look happy when I dropped off, butthey are on the way!
I will update the forum when I get the new batteries. Thank you for your help.
