Thank you so much. They responded to my email to support.us@wattcycle.com . They ask me to return the batteries and will send out new one once receieved, They sent prepaid shipping labels. The Fedex person at the counter didn't look happy when I dropped off, butthey are on the way!

I dont see a resolution to your issue, I also dont see a date when this occured or how long has passed. I too am having the same issue, with the app not showing any data. My app does show a temp reading but nothing else. Just wondering what the outcome was and how long it took to resolve the issue. I was wondering if they had any repair/return facilities in the USA to bring them in for an exchange or do they have to be returned through the mail?
