Bumped and disconnected the neg from the charger, now won't except a charge and is at 5v.

  I bumped the neg lead from the chager, disconnecting it.  Now the batter reads 5v at the teminals and 13.3v on the app.  Charger won't connect (doesn't see the battery?)  I did connect another battery to it to see if that would wake it up though I didn't expect it to work. 

  Is there a fix?  

  Battery is a 12v MIni with Blue Tooth.

  How hard did you bump the batt terminal?

  Did you see sparks on the disconnect?
