📱WattCycle Parallel Mode V25.9.28 has been officially released.
New Parallel Mode with two selectable modes:
- ExactMatch Mode: Precisely matches all paralleled batteries of the same WattCycle brand.
- Compatibility Mode: For parallel connections with batteries from other brands
Update Guide:
- Update the app to the latest version.
- It is recommended to restore factory settings before configuring parallel connections (if you have already updated the settings).

If I buy two 314AH Mini Smart batteries, can the iOS (iPhone) app set ExactMatch mode?
I plan to wire the batteries in parallel, and need batteries to charge and discharge at the same time. This is working now?
I have the 24 volt 314ah utra. I don't see an "Exact Mode" in the app. I plan to parallel two of these batteries. Will that work?
@max Sopport tells me that Parrallel Mode only works for 12v batteries. (I also have two 25v 314ah batteries. They appear to work quite well so far, but there is definitely no Parallel Mode being offered.
As an aside, I am also unable to change anything in settings (support tells me that these fields are not meant to be changeable by customers). I can't even do a Factory Reset ...it just says Setup Failed!
Not very good support at all.
@Rascally , I have two 24v batteries, which apparently is not supported by Parallel Mode (only 12v?) but they are working well in parallel; they both charge and discharge at approximately the same rate and neither has shut down in the few days they have been up and running. I think you can trust it to work.
