After I received an update for the app to version 25.13.3 on my Iphone 13 the app is termitated whenever I try to connect to the battery 314 Ah mini.
Before the update it had worked very well.
I tested to restart the Iphone, de-installed the app with all parameters, re-installed the app, and again tried to connect to the battery:
The app still aborts when I click on the switch to connect.
Any ideas? I want the former version back!
I am having the same issue. I have tried multiple batteries and multiple phones.
@Butch Johnson Did you try on IOS only or does the problem also exist on Android?
I have not yet updated my Android tablet.
I only tried iOS. I do not have an android.
My 314ah is doing the same thing after the app update. On iPhone 16. Leaving for a trip in 2 days... not good
I now updated the app to version 25.13.3 on two android devices and both do not have problems to access the battery.

I'm having the same issue. Currently on a very long road trip. Extremely frustrating. Hope they push a new update and fix this asap.

Same problem here: iPhone 15 pro, ios 26.5. App stopped working after app-update lately. Just found a "solution": i scanned the QR-Code above (right here above), got linked to the app-store. It shows not the "download"-button, but the "update"-button. I updatet from the link and opened it right there after download (update). Now it works. Updating via the appstore-update in iphone does not work. Greetings to the world.....Karsten
Okay, the fix works on my iphone. It is version 25.13.4 now and the bug has been fixed.
Support answered my email over night. They said they have programmed the fix to the app and it is in testing and will be released soon. They did not say a time or date for the release of the fix.
The ios App Store was not showing an update even when searching for the app. I had to delete the app and then reinstall in order to get the new version. It worked and I can now connect to my batteries.
Android tablet works ,IPhone still gets kicked out of app on this new update..

IPhone 7 plus still gets kicked out when app opens. App V. 25.13.5 , Android tablet works with no issues V 25.13.3 afraid to upgrade Android till IPhone is resolved
I have been going back and forth with Wattcycle Support on this issue for the past 2 weeks. I won't go into all of the details here about their issues with trying to help (no record of my account, needing a video of the "crashing" that I had, wanting to know my email I use for downloading the app, photos of serial number barcodes on my 6 different smart 12-volt batteries....). Long story short, because I have an older iPhone SE with an iOS of 15.8.8 that won't update with any much newer operating systems, they said that the new version of the app (25.13.5) won't work on my phone. All previous versions have worked. Thankfully, I have a MacAir and have been using the app on that device, with no issues. Now the surprise: I had a notice of 2 app updates on my phone today. One was a new version of the Wattcycle app, 25.13.6. Downloaded it, and it works! Go figure. But from here on out, I won't be updating this app any time soon on any of my devices! "Bug fixes" be damned!
