I asked this question of wattcycle support a few days ago but have had no reply, so I'm asking here.
Is there a way to update the firmware in the batteries? I had assumed that the app would update the firmware, but it appears that it does not. My new battery has the L_10 firmware and appears to work better than my six month ols batteries (with the L_09 firmware).
Is the app supposed to do this, and isn't working, or is there another means of doing this?
I ask because the app does not work properly with my 24v batteries; I cannot use the reset or restart buttons (they just report Operation Failure). It also has a few other bugs which don't seem to affect 12v batteries.
Can I get an update on whether or not this is being actively worked on?
