Wattcycle 24V 314Ah Ultra LiFePO₄ Battery with Bluetooth - Defective


  • Hello,

      I am just curious, has anyone had any experience getting a warranty replacement from Wattcycle?

     

    I have been emailing them for over 1 week now and haven't even got a reply back yet.

    I have called their customer service number several times and left voicemails



  • I also spent a week communicating with them until I provided proof of the battery defect (I'll provide it below). The initial response from customer support was: "Regarding after-sales service:

    We currently do not have a repair center in Ukraine.

    If a battery defect is confirmed, we will provide you with a free return label. You can return the item to our warehouse in Poland. Once we receive the item and confirm the defect, we will arrange for a replacement battery to be sent to you."
    My battery first failed Bluetooth, then shortly afterward, it stopped working altogether. It won't charge or supply any power—it's completely dead.
