Please help me solve the problem. I purchased two 12V 100Ah Mini Bluetooth batteries of the same production date and batch. The first thing I did was charge them separately with a current of 2C. Then I connected them diagonally with 6AWG wires according to the instructions and connected them to the inverter. The load on the inverter is about 500 W, I perform further charging with a current of 0.2C per battery. There is no imbalance in the cells, the charging voltages and currents are checked. I used the parallel mode "ExactMatch Mode". The problem that occurs for the second time in a week is that one of the batteries turns off during discharge and only one of them works and the second remains 100%. I saw this when I put the batteries on charge and opened the application where it was indicated that one of them was already 100% charged, although before that they were discharged through the inverter. In my opinion, two batteries should work simultaneously and thanks to the support of parallel mode, the discharge and charge should occur evenly. Unfortunately, I see that this is not the case. So I changed the parallel mode settings and set Compatibility Mode despite the fact that the batteries are from the same batch and production date. I see changes in the charging and discharging process. First, the charge percentage began to correspond to the actual voltage level and not 100% as in ExactMatch Mode. Second, charging and discharging occurs more evenly. Third, at the end of charging in the application, the charging button remains on and does not turn off as in ExactMatch Mode. I have performed three cycles after my post and so far I have not seen any problems. It seems that the ExactMatch Mode algorithm is not quite properly configured.
I will add some information. After the problem I described above, I noticed that the percentage of charge at the end of the charging cycle gradually decreased from 98 to 75. This happened over five days of use. The discharge was up to 20% charging to 14.2v (97%) on each cycle. So yesterday I decided to try to return to "ExactMatch Mode" by charging the battery to 75%. To my surprise, after changing the mode and connecting to the battery, the application showed 100% charge on each. Okay, I returned to "Compatibility Mode" and saw 100% charge again despite the fact that the charge level before switching from "Compatibility Mode" to "ExactMatch Mode" was 75%. I still think that the application does not work correctly, as well as parallel mode management.
