100AH Won't discharge power

  I purchased 2 12v 100ah batteries June 2025. Both work great in RV for 5 months. Took both out of RV the 1st of November for the winter keeping them in insulated garage. Noticed this week while checking that 1 of the batteries will not discharge although the battery shows 99% charged. There is no voltage on the termials, dead!

  Wattcycle support instructed me to connect battery charger to the battery to wake the BMS unit and it should wake up and operate properly. Did as instructed, NO Success. Battery still doesn't work. 

  I need help as WattCycle Support Team now is UNWILLING to help me with a 5 month old battery. Where is the Customer Service Support that they tell you about?  I'm not getting the support they promised.

  Has this happened to anyone else.  Thanks

  @William Setzer Most battery chargers are too "smart" for their own good.  They won't put out anything unless the battery is above a certain voltage. 
  What I do - and it has not yet failed - is to connect the sleeping WattCycle in parallel with a working battery.  I suspect this is discouraged, but until I am given an alternative solution . . .
