I'm told by support that the Parallel Mode is not supported by 24v batteries, only 12v. I asked if it was being implemented for 24v but have recieved no answer. So I am formally requesting it.

There is a yet-to-be-released beta for this. I was sent a preliminary (alpha) version, tried it with (2) 24-314 batteries a couple of days ago, and it is not working just yet.... They are apparently still working on it.
