I have two 25v 314ah batteries. They appear to work quite well so far, but there is definitely no Parallel Mode being offered. After contacting support.us@wattcycle , I have been told that Parallel Mode only works with 12v batteries. I asked if WattCycle are looking to implement Parallel with their other batteries, but several days later I have not recieved a reply.
My second issue, which I would really like some help with, is that I cannot change anything in the Settings tab. Even a Factory Reset just results in a Setupp Failed! message. (turning charge/discharge on or off in the other tab is answered with Setup Complete.) Support.us@wattcycle has told me that the settings are not supposed to be able to be changed by customers! (I think your bot needs more training).
Please, could someone at least answer my query? Or, if possible, help me to at least get factory reset working?
