A week after wattcycle agreed that my battery needs to be returned because of a BMS problem, I received a FedEx label. But FedEx says the number is invalid. And now they are closed for the weekend. Hopefully, wattcycle was just slow sending the info to FedEx. Has anyone else had this problem?
