Invalid FedEx label.


  • A week after wattcycle agreed that my battery needs to be returned because of a BMS problem, I received a FedEx label.  But FedEx says the number is invalid.  And now they are closed for the weekend.  Hopefully, wattcycle was just slow sending the info to FedEx.  Has anyone else had this problem? 

    UPDATE:  After the weekend I took the battery to a different FedEx dropoff and now it is on the way back to Wattcycle.  So I don't know if the problem was that Wattcycle was slow to communicate with Fedex or if the problem was at Fedex.  Three working days after reporting the problem Wattcycle offered to arrange a pickup.  I appreciated the offer to help but it is unfortunate that any communication for their support team takes several days.

    Update 2.  The replacement battery arrived and is working fine.  But it took more than a month.  Fortunately i was not depending on the battery, but now I worry about its reliability.
