@Wilfried They are attempting to fix the BMS through the App. There has been a test beta version only for Android which is why people are wanting an iOS version. Apparently the iOS version is now available now but still may have some bugs.

Thinking to buy two of these batteries, but would like to know if users have had success with the fix, and if the iOS app also has the fix.
any feedback from users?
