Hello - I have attempted to contact support for this issue, but not seeing a response.
Starting about 3 weeks ago, bluetooth stopped working (again). 2 days ago, I disconnected the battery from the inverter and connected my lithium iron phosphate charger (which I used previously to reset the bms). I charged the battery from 51 volts to 56 volts. Bluetooth is still not working.
Battery was purchased directly from wattcycle in July 2025.
Any advice on how to resolve this issue would be appreciated.
