What do people use when storage of Lithium battery in cold temps?
Get an RV water tank heater pad. Some have a built in thermostat that has temperature setting that will work ok with Lithium batteries. Just put the pad under the batteries and apply 12V. There are several sizes available. Some smaller ones do not have a thermostat in them, but there are small relatively cheap controllers you can use and adjust to whatever temp you want to use.
