For what it's worth, the BMS Meta app from TDT BMS seems to work much better. The functionality is still somewhat limited (which I think is from WC's bms "tinkering" - which also screws up parallel comms). The password is all "8's".
You cannot change the pack address. Other configuration parameters work though.
Anyone ever get a response from WC about firmware updates? Not sure if their service department is "deaf" or if I'm just "mute". LOL
