I am running a 48 volt outback system. I put three strings of 2 series 24v 318ah in parrell and had problems with the bms shutting batterys down. ever time it happened every thing went down. I had 4 12v agm batterys that I hooked in series and parraled them with the what cycle batteries so the system would not drop if the bms shut the batterys down. Short story is the problem went away every thing is staying on line. I am thinking the bms did not like noise or some thing on the power cables. The agm's are really not doing much charging or discharging. May be a large capacitor across the battery cables as filtering may be a cure.
